Exchange Window You can request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange Conditions
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Exchanges are for a different size of the same item, subject to stock availability.
How to Request an Exchange
- Message us at lunalayerssupport@gmail.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead.
- We'll confirm availability and arrange pickup with our courier partner.
- Once we receive the original item, your replacement is dispatched.
Refunds LunaLayer currently offers exchanges rather than cash refunds, since most orders are paid via Cash on Delivery.
Exchange Shipping Exchange shipping is free for size-related exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos,videos and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
